Straight answers
Before you buy.
Does the vest include plates?
No — the Vest Only price covers the carrier. Choose a curved steel plate loadout above to add the vest and plate pair to cart together.
What size should I order?
One adjustable size — fits XS–XL builds: the shoulder and waist straps adjust, men and women. Cinch it so the plates sit flat against your torso.
Do I have to hold it down when I run?
Cinched, no. Curved plates ride flat. Reviewers say they stop holding the vest down, and "the weight plates are held securely without shifting around during workouts."
What training is it for?
Weighted walks, rucks, stairs, hikes, push-ups, squats, conditioning. New to load? Read the beginner's guide.
