RETURN POLICY
Wolf Tactical offers a 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return your purchase within 60 days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, including returns for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the wrong size or color.
Defective item? You don’t need to return it. It’s covered by our Lifetime Warranty: email us your order number and a photo of the defect, and we’ll replace it at no cost. Details: Lifetime Warranty.
HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE
- Email us at support@wolftacticalusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- We’ll reply to confirm your return.
- Ship the item to:

Write your order number on the outside of the package, and reply to our email with your tracking number once it’s on its way. - When we receive the item, we will inspect it and exchange or refund you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
GIFT CARDS
All purchases of gift cards are considered final. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other products. Once a gift card purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled for any reason and it cannot be resold or transferred.
