Does the vest come with plates?
No. The Weighted Vest Plate Carrier is sold vest-only. Curved steel plates are sold separately in pairs, from 5.75 to 19.75 lb per plate. Start light, add load as you get stronger. Current plate prices are on the product page.
Do I have to hold it down when I run?
Cinched, no. Shoulder and waist straps keep the plates flat. Reviewers say they stop holding the vest down, and "the weight plates are held securely without shifting around during workouts."
Will the plates fit a carrier I already own?
Wolf's curved and flat steel plates are cut for Wolf vests and also fit a wide range of other brands' tactical carriers. Check your carrier's pocket size before ordering.
